Check in:
Have the followings ready
1), Photo ID
2), Rental or online payment receipt
3), Secure deposit (get it back on your checkout)
Stay:
1), NO SMOKE, NO PET, NO BIG NOISE 9PM ~ 8AM, as a courtesy to all guests.
2), take responsibility of your own personal properties. Lock your room before leaving. Watch out and report abnormal issues.
3), take care of the hotel’s properties. No damage. No contamination. No spills on the carpet. No burning candles and cooking in bedroom. No personal heater. Save on water, gas, electricity and other resources. Respect other's labor and time. Do not intentionally mess up the environment. Clean up after utilizing public equipment or area.
4), be polite to others. No drug. No drunk. No fighting. No screaming. No foul language. Be gentleman and gentlewoman. Be considerate. Be respectful.

Do not operate an equipment before you know how; ask for help to the manager or somebody who knows. Do not occupy a public equipment too long if somebody else is waiting.
6), for the security of all our guests, unregistered persons are strictly restricted to enter the building. If you have friends to visit, have their ID ready, tell the manager, and have them registered. Their are very welcome to G20 then.

Check out time is 8:00 am ~ 9:00 pm. To avoid extra day charges, you need to checkout before 12 pm. If you checkout between 12 pm and 8 pm, and extra half-day charge will be applied. If you checkout after 8 pm, an extra full-charge will be applied. You will get all your secure deposit back if everything is maintained well.
Regular Coupon:
If you accumulate 15 days stay in Vacation G20, you could ask for a 10% discount coupon for your later stays. If you accumulate 60 days stay in Vacation G20, you could ask for a 20% discount coupon for your later stays.
